Non existent maintenance
We have had a slew of issues with our apartment when we lived there. The air conditioning broke and the 24/7 maintenance did not come until 5 days later in the middle of July. Of which my electric bill was $400+ dollars because it ran non stop because of that. The person who came to look at it had to come 4-5 times for this same issue, instead of hiring a professional. We had water damage in our kitchen and utility room for months and they did not come to fix it while we lived there. Extremely... thin floors and walls can hear people walk to the extent that the floor shakes. You have to pay the utilities of the office “club house” which is their way of having you pay for their stuff so they don’t have to. The cost does not match what you get. Please look elsewhere. Most of the neighbors did.
