We have had a slew of issues with our apartment when we lived there. The air conditioning broke and the 24/7 maintenance did not come until 5 days later in the middle of July. Of which my electric bill was $400+ dollars because it ran non stop because of that. The person who came to look at it had to come 4-5 times for this same issue, instead of hiring a professional. We had water damage in our kitchen and utility room for months and they did not come to fix it while we lived there. Extremely... thin floors and walls can hear people walk to the extent that the floor shakes. You have to pay the utilities of the office “club house” which is their way of having you pay for their stuff so they don’t have to. The cost does not match what you get. Please look elsewhere. Sorry we JUST moved in and there’s mice squeaking in the walls EVERY DAY. ALL DAY. The people at the office are completely useless and just ignore every request you give them. Other than there being extremely annoying mice in the walls, the trash compactor is always broke and trash just piles up on the ground like it’s a dump site. Oh and the gates been broken for about 6 years. Don’t let them lie to you about it getting “fixed”. They suck you in and then just let you lay in the garbage that is... this complex. Overall the complex, staff and Maintenace is great! I have been here for years and can speak about everything. The complex is great, great place to walk, nice pool, places for the dogs to play.. Staff has been in and out, but I have never had a problem and really like the current staff. Maintenace has been fantastic for me, do great work in a timely manor.

I did see a review that the upstairs of the Townhomes are warmer and that is correct but honestly not a big deal and i like to sleep cold.... All bedrooms have ceiling fans in them and do a great job. Read More

I am currently in a townhome and the second floor is so HOT. I've complained multiple times and finally they said they'd put in for a window unit. So then my next question was..who's paying the additional money for the electric bill! I've had other maintenance problems as well that have been ignored. One positive, I like the community but that's not enough to have me stay. I am breaking my lease because I am so unhappy. It is in the lease contract that if you break the lease you will have to pay... . However, why should I have to pay for breaking it when they cannot fix ANY of the problems I've brought to their attention & I'm miserable. One example: the upstairs bathroom had flooded down to the first floor. My kitchen and laundry room ceiling needed to be fixed and painted. When I moved in, I was told it would be a week for everything to be fixed. Well, it took 5 weeks, it could have been longer but I continued to ask about it. Then only one coat of paint was done on the ceiling the water marks can still be seen. I asked in July to have another coat put on. Well, it's April and still not done and they closed the maintenance request in February as completed!! Turnover of the office staff is another issue. Don't move here!! Read More
