I am from Atlanta, Ga, so the most I could give any place in SD is 4 stars cuz everything is overpriced to me. That being said, you get more for the money here than anywhere else I looked at in the area and I looked at every place from La Mesa to Alpine. The area is safe, staff friendly, nice neighbors and speedy repairs.
The parking is horrible
I've lived here for a little more than 2 years now and overall, thing have been okay. Pretty even group of people, young to old, family to singles. There are 2 pools and 1 gym (that I know of).
