This complex has an extremely old plumbing system that continues to cause frequent multi-day water outages. Residents are routinely left without water or hot water for extended periods of time.
Management has failed to provide clear communication regarding repair timelines or any long-term solutions to address the underlying plumbing issues. In many cases, repairs are started on Fridays, leaving residents without water throughout the weekend because replacement parts for the outdated cast iron... plumbing system are unavailable until the following week. Stay away!

I would suggest making sure any issues are fixed prior to moving in. They will not be fixed after.
