Pet Policy
No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $400 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet and $600 for two pets. In addition, there will be a $150 refundable deposit. All fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
