Pricey! With that said, My wife and I signed a 13 month lease here and we enjoyed our stay. Any issue that we had with maintainence was handled within 24 hours or less (including when our fridge died on the weekend in the evening during a football game. I have lived at vineyard springs for over a year. The staff has always gone out of their way to help. When I have something go wrong in the apartment, it is always taken care of quickly. The staff is not only THE STAFF but they are very great friends. I will be returning to vineyard springs in a few weeks. Can't wait to see everyone.

Lived at this complex for over 6 months, and have had no major issues. Move in was fast, and the apartment was spotless when we moved in, with new carpet and upgrades. Can't hear my neighbors too bad, unless the upstairs neighbors stomp loudly, but overall very quiet. Parking can be an issue as I'm sure it is with every complex that'

I have visited relatives here and ...

I have visited relatives here and like this apartment complex. High ceilings, nice finishes, gated community, easy access. Noise from floor above seems to be louder than expected. Clean complex, nice pool area and public areas. Great movie room.
