As tough as it is to like a landlord, I must say my 9 months there as temporary living was very pleasant. Any repair items I asked about were fixed the next day. For a newer 1BR with the icemaker/ microwave/ washer-dryer trifecta, the rent was reasonable. And one little item I liked--each apartment has its own furnace and water heate
