I was OK when I lived there in 2007 but smokers litter the common areas and even right outside your apartment with cigarette butts. If you like cigarette butts outside your door this is the place for you.
Management is not nice but that really nothing new about apartments. They close the office early sometimes. The utility bills here are very high. It runs about $200-250. I love it here! The leasing folks are friendly as well as the maintenance crew. They try to give you a perfectly clean and freshly painted unit upon move in, which feels fresh!
