I moved into Shadowtree Apartments in September, 2011. Since I signed a year lease, I am still there. I love it. It is quiet, peaceful, and I am not annoyed by sounds (pleasant or unpleasant) coming from the apartments around me. I am on an inner-ground corner apartment. If you want to live in central-east Tucson, Shadowtree is probably one of your best choices. That whole area went into drugs over time, and my suggestion would be to go somewhere else. However, there are no many very safe neighborhoods in Tucson unless you want to live very north or south-east. But then you will be out in the desert

In my Opinion the last person who submitted their comment either moved in when there may have been in adequate management or they want perfection. Though I have only been here a short time, I have not since I have been here had any issues. I find that the majority of the people who live here are quite pleasant. There is NO perfect
