We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with no weight limit. The pet fee is $300.00. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $30.00. We love pets, but we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies, Presa Canarios, or Wolf Hybrids.
