$300.00 non-refundable pet fee; no monthly pet rent! Age must be at least one year. Limit 2 pets per apartment home. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids. Full Blood or Mixed at any percentage are prohibited. Execption: dogs trained to assist the disabled or active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer.
