No rodent, reptiles, or other exotic animals permitted. We accept birds, and fish. We also accept cats and dogs up to 30 lbs. The deposit for 1 cat is $400.00, 2 cats $500.00. $300.00 is non-refundable. The pet rent for cats is $25.00 per month The Deposit for 1 dog is $400.00 ($200.00 non-refundable), 2 dogs $500.00 (250.00 non-refundable). A $25.00 monthly pet rent per dog is required. Pet restrictions apply: No Pit Bulls, Chows, German Shepards, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, or any mixed breeds of these types. LIMIT 2 ANIMALS PER APARTMENT.
