I lived in the building for 2 1/2 years and had no problems what so ever. The landlord and building engineer are extremely responsive to any problems that you may have. The building is very affordable and is located very close drive to downtown Dallas in Mesquite. Management is also doing a great job of keeping the units up-to-date b
