Steeplechase is a pet-friendly community. There is a non-refundable fee of $350 for each pet. There is no additional monthly pet rent. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
