You're likely to spend less at an AirBNB.

The residence is undergoing major property reconstruction. Or at least it should given the state of these dilapidated apartments. The management is rectifying problems on a one on one basis, which leads to a problem of "f.o.m.o." throughout the residence. There is a problem with theft here. An insect infestation will plague any home, yet you'll be better off defending your home with personal products you trust than relying on management. The 2-5 person maintenance team is either competent at the... job or won't respond to a call. There is no in-between.
