Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $350 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Located in the area of Austin known as "Far West" 1) From MoPac (Loop 1)-If traveling south on MoPac (Loop 1) exit Far West Boulevard and turn right (west) on Greystone Dr, you will see a Shell Station on the corner and a "Chinatown" Restaurant. Continue on Greystone and just before the 4-way stop sign you will turn right into Woodhollow! Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home. 2) From MoPac (Loop 1)- If traveling North on MoPac (Loop 1) exit Anderson Lane/Spicewood Springs and turn left (East) at the light. Take another left at light of Wood Hollow Drive. Continue on Wood Hollow Dr. and we are on the left hand side.
