We gladly accept up to two pets per apartment home. All pets require a $200 deposit and a $300 pet fee. Pets over 50lbs. must reside on the first floor. Cityview does not have a weight limit for pets but does restrict the following breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow and Doberman.
