Didn't you see the apartment and nieghborhood before you agreed to rent the place? And if you felt that the apartment wasn't worth $1000 or however much is was priced at, you should have never signed a lease. You want to complain after you've lived in the apartment which seems ridiculous and childish. You didn't see that it was a bad

Lived at Colonial Homes for a year ...

Lived at Colonial Homes for a year, only issues I had was picking a bad roommate. The pool is awesome, great workout center and nice place to have a dog in the city. Once I get out of my new apartment Im thinking Ill go back with a better roommate this time. Spend the extra money for the town home trust me its much nicer.

Great place to live

I lived here for the first year that I was in Atlanta before buying a place of my own. Excellent location, great management and lots of space made these slightly older apartments a great community to live in. They have garages available and they have an excellent wash and fold laundry service for free!
