Pet Policy

Sienna Bay is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions for cats and dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet up to 40 lbs. and $500 per pet 41 lbs. and over. There is an additional monthly rent of $10 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
