Pet Policy

The one-time pet fee is $250. Maximum of 2 pets per home with a monthly rent of $10/ea. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Directions

From the I-4 north or south: Take Exit 98 for Lake Mary Blvd./Heathrow and go East. Just after driving on the I-4 overpass, you will see a Mobil On The Run gas station and a Wendy's. At the first traffic light, Turn Right onto Lake Emma Road. Continue South on Lake Emma Road through two traffic lights, where you will see a shopping plaza on the left and Commerce Park on the right. Sun Lake will be about a half mile past the second traffic light on the left side of the road. From the 408/East West Expressway: Take I-4 East up to Exit 98 Lake Mary Blvd./Heathrow and continue with directions as above.From 417/Central Florida Greeneway: Drive North to the end of 417 that connects to I-4 west. Continue West for about three miles and use Exit 98 Lake Mary Blvd./Heathrow and continue with directions as above.
