Do not move here
Management is a joke. Since new management came in a year ago they haven't responded to a single email and don't care about safety hazards and are neglectful.

Do not waste your money
This apt not worth it to live, management very bad, no answer the ph , workers outside and smoke. when you come to the office and show your evidence that you call them they still denied it. 6 years i stay this place but i dont hve a good experience , there's a lot of problems, water almost 2 weeks without hot, smiles marijuana, lost of package, manager she doesn't care her job, when we dont have hot water they say , they will credit us but no. Im so glad we move and fine different place. be... careful everyone because your deposit they will take from you all. no matter you did clean the apartment before you move but theres a lot of excuses that we did not clean the apartment even though you hire people to clean up and very clean this management want to keep our deposit and sent all the bills to you. Even you change all the lights etc . because they dont want to give back our money. ashamed on you. Not good place

Hot water watet constantly goes out
Get ready to wake to freezing cold water!! I wrote Real Estate Equities concerning this issue and no replies. This was well over 2 months ago. Today is March 27 and the hot water is out again, it was also out yesterday but they fixed it by the end of the day. PLEASE save yourself the hassle and move elsewhere. It’s not worth your money.

Exceedingly average
So.
You have to pick up your packages during office hours, which are 9-6 M-F. If you work a day job like many of us do, these hours are annoying and inconvenient and there is no other way to pick them up. If you can, scramble to the office on time and tell whoever is at the desk your name and apartment number and they dig around on shelves to find your package. Not very secure.
The office staff is fairly brusque and unaccommodating about their new permit parking requirements. They say you have... to get guest parking (of which there are only 6 designated spots and if you park elsewhere they threaten towing - even with a pass -) for anytime 10PM-7AM. This means that as a rent paying adult, you have to ask your apartments before Friday at 5PM if you could possibly be allowed to have someone over on a Saturday overnight. Oh, I forgot, they close early on Fridays, so 5 instead of 6.
The apartments themselves are nice, mine is what they used to call a studio but are apparently now calling a 1 bedroom. It is small but suitable for 1 person. Very very limited cabinet space and closet space.
They do respond to non emergency maintenance requests within 1-2 business days. I have not experienced an emergency maintenance request in my 2 years of tenancy.
Approx 7-9 minutes away from major highways (494 and 35W) so I hope you like traffic lights!
Small pool that's only sunny in the morning and early afternoon. Very shaded in the evening, or anytime after 4-5pm.
Overall, just OK. If you want anything more than the absolute bare minimum, pay $1-300 more monthly plus cheaper pet costs and cheaper underground parking elsewhere.
