Woodmere Apartments is an apartment community in Woodbury, MN
My family and I have lived here for the past 5 years, and it has been a very good experience. Several times things have happened around the apartment where we needed maintenance, and they offered times for us to choose and whether or not we wanted to be present while they did their work. The amenities are really what rock; Living here granted us access to a workout room & a pool. We have cats so this doesnt apply to us, but they also have a dog park.
Furthermore management is more than easy to... work with, and extremely responsive. Kris rocks, and is very polite when you chat with her.

Great place to live!
Kris, the apartment manager is friendly and responsive, they’ve done several updates and renovations, and anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been addressed promptly. The building is also quiet. I’ve lived here for 5 years and had an overall great experience. ??

Past resident
We lived here for a year and for the most part it was good. Management is good and responsive. Secure building with keypad or key fob entry. We only have one complaint--they have mice! We first noticed a mouse about a month in and called the management office who sent an exterminator. He came out and put ONE trap in our unit. Informed us he will be back in 3 weeks to check up. He never came back. Which at the time seemed ok since we never saw the mouse again. Approximately a month before we were... set to move out, we noticed another mouse! This one was smaller and faster! We bought traps and put them out. I'm not sure what is worse--the fact that it was never caught or the fact that management did not care. We left the trap the exterminator brought exactly where he put it. Management saw it during the final walk through and said nothing, like it was expected. Super gross.

Good Location in a Great Suburb
This place isn't elaborate or fancy but the neighbors are nice, management is friendly and the area is clean and safe. Location within five minutes of two major outlet malls and only a short drive to Mall of America. Complex is close to walking trails, schools and parks and is very pet friendly for dogs of all sizes.

Woodmere Apartments
These units are safe and secure with controlled entry. My unit is bright and updated. The staff is friendly and for the most part, quick to respond to issues. There is an indoor pool here which we love to use! We are also conveniently close to my sons school, the highway,shopping and restaurants.
