LAKE DIANNE

My family and I moved out of Lake Dianne today 5/11/26, because of a 13-month structural failure and animal infestation that management failed to permanently resolve. We endured over a year of animals in the attic/ceiling. Management’s proposed 'solution' was daily, unscheduled maintenance entries rather than fixing the actual structural entry points in the roof. My experience with the Property Manager, September, was consistently unprofessional. I observed a clear pattern of differential... treatment, she was cooperative with my wife but frequently argumentative, dismissive, and confrontational with me. When we sought a habitable relocation, we were offered units that were smaller and listed for less than our current rental rate. They deemed this “comparable” but obviously our unit (B005) was valuable since its now listed for over $3k. They denied our request for relocation assistance as they deemed breaking our lease sufficient. The property is beautiful but beware, it does attract a lot of unhoused individuals that rummage through the trash, mailboxes are constantly being broken into, and you will have to pick up your mail at the post office. Also, keep in mind the water is constantly being shut off due to “emergency leaks”.
Also, if you plan to move into unit B005, the neighbors at B002 will constantly double park their vehicle and block you from pulling in and coming out and will get aggressive when you asked them to move their vehicle. They threatened another tenant with a beer bottle, the property manager was made aware of this altercation and only sent out a warning email to the entire community instead of handling the issue with the problematic neighbor.
Overall, if you are looking for a management team that values residents, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I love this property - it is beautiful. I would move back if I could afford it.

I fell in the with the property when I first came to tour! Lake Dianne is such a peaceful property and with the touch of nature, how can you not fall in love. Management is very accommodating, and always very kind. My children are safe, and they love the pool in the summer time. The property is always clean. Any repairs are done right away. I'm excited to call this place my home !

Lake Dianne Apartments is an apartment complex that speaks for itself. A beautifully detailed environment with a man-made lake running through the complex is but one of the many pros of this complex. The staff are friendly and helpful, the common areas are always clean and well maintained, the workers are time-conscious and courteous, and the community-based social events ran by Lake Dianne residents keep the environment friendly and welcoming. Not to mention respectable rates for rent.

The... location is prime considering it is but a few blocks from two major freeways and has a full shopping center with restaurants, fast food options and grocery stores but two blocks away.

On the edge of Old Town Tustin and Santa Ana, Lake Dianne is but 15-20 minutes from anything- The beach, the Spectrum Center, District, Shops At Orange and Market Place to name but a few.

We been living here for 2 years, our apartment is a nice size, very quiet complex, we LOVE it here, the office and maintenance are great, if there's something I need to be done usually done the same day. We are very happy here, our rent has gone up twice which is hard on us, we dont want to move, this place is great, close to our work.
