Our one bedroom unit is carpeted wall-to-wall and is a roomy 750 square feel with a living room and dining area, a galley-style kitchen and a nice size bedroom. Mount Vernon was built with an eye for storage. You will find your apartment has a closet in the hallway; a large floor-to-ceiling linen closet on the bathroom; a pantry in the kitchen; and in the bedroom is another roomy closet deep enough at 36" to move a dresser inside and still have room for all your hanging clothes. You have a full bath, and the whole apartment is light and airy. There are two pools, two laundry rooms and two gas barbeques maintained for your use and your assigned carport is behind gates with another storage space for you there. We pay landscaping, trash and water charges. We are centrally located in Orange County; just a mile from the 22 freeway- close enough for convenience and far enough to live in peace and quiet. Schools and restaurants, stores and shops are all nearby, many within walking distance.
