While I have seen many negative reviews about this apartment complex on many various websites I found these reviews to be very unhelpful. This place is great. You have a pool a jacuzzi and a fitness and center and the location right across from California State University, Fullerton is great. All of the other reviews I read talked a

I go 2 CSUF, you can't ask for better. Rents are pretty reasonable. Very very close to campus. Nice spa. I agree parking is a bit of problem, but its ok.

These apartments have a great location as they are right across from cal state fullerton. The apartments may be a little shady in terms of safety and there are some suspicions of drug activity going on, but overall good apartments for college students.
