Comment about parking is true. You better hope you don't have a night shift or try not to go out at night if unless you feel like parking a couple blocks away. Should paint the outside. I see there are a few complaints about Delia, the manager, yes she is strict, but I think it is good. There are rules in place and they should be followed and apply to everyone. She watches the apartments and the parking lot for our protection. I like it here, it's a great location!

The manager are rude, and they do not get back to your inquiries within a day. They wait till you go to their office and remind them. Also they are up tight about parking. Very anal , you are given a sticker to park, but your visitors must park accross the street.
