My girlfriend and I moved here from a small apartment on First Ave. The apartment was completely remodeled from top to bottom and it looks amazing. Our room is bright and sunny and all the neighbors have been really friendly. Rent is so reasonable! They are renovating the entire property so it's in transition right now but otherwise
