I've lived in a 1 bdrm apt at Parkview Village for the past 9 months. I rented the apt. because I really liked the manager, Renee Gray and she has not disappointed me. I had a few times when I needed something done and the response was quick...the same day! I haven't had any problems with parking, which is assigned one space per unit

This complex had become a pit. It was sold. All tenants with drug or sex convictions have been evicted. Limits on the number of people per unit is strictly enforced. Clean, roach free living.

Erika was a good mgr. I lived there for 3yrs and did not see one roach. My apartment was great and I had no problem w/parking in my assigned spot. Great Property Manager!

I lived in a one bedroom, one bath apartment (The complex has been renamed it to Parkview Village btw) for the past 6 months. The parking is better than most places in the area. My spot was always available and I rented a second spot for a second car and that worked out well. The noise level was about average for an apartment complex

This complex is beautiful. All of the apartment homes have been remodeled. The pools and spas have new surfacing so the are like new! They repaved the parking lots. They have a very large staff so there is always someone available to help. They just put in new landscaping. The office is open 7 days a week. Erica the Manager is on top
