I like it

Really big 3 bedroom apartments. Plenty of parking. Maintenance people that can actually fix something. Management that cares about your concerns. Only drawback is there is no pool, but there's always the beach for that. Oh, and the upstairs floors are creaky.

I have to admit, my wife and I moved here more out of desperation than love of the place. We have a pretty big size dog (58 pounds) and at the time didn't have money for a big security deposit. Nice apartment

I just renewed my lease today. The apartment its self if very spacious, at least the 3 bedroom, I haven't seen any others. They could use a little more storage inside but other than that my roommates and I all liked it. Very pricey, depends on the Nubmre of rooms and Bathrooms, They are really nice though and assured friendly neighbors. But if your looking for sometrhign just a little smaller price , see what they can do, but i would honestly just remember.. everyhting in california isnt really that cheap
