My boyfriend and I live here for 2 yrs. We really had no problems. We did have ants once or twice a year but management always had someone come out and spray and that always took care of the problem. I do rmemeber it being loud. Too many kids running around, but it is an apartment complex. There where police in the parking lot alot,
