It was a pleasant first moving experience.
I have lived here for about one year now and love it. They have done so much to the complex, they have painted the exterior, new roofs, landscape work and added a new raquet ball court. The staff is so nice and always say hello. I would recommend my freinds to live here.
Wow - it sounds like this place has gone downhill. I worked there about 10 years ago and lived on-site. It was a nice community with ethical management. Has the management company changed? I can't see Ray Stone allowing this type of management style. For those of you there, keep documentation of work orders, issues, etc. Take picture
The complex is a bit dated, but adequately maintained. Its largest problem in recent months has become security, due to a marked increase in both petty and violent crime. There is very little that the staff can do to help mitigate this situation, if Sac PD can/will do nothing about it.
I happen to think the staff has been great. I have felt so at home and treated well based on thier appreciation for good tenants. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Aside from my VERY ANNOYING neighbor, ive been a happy camper here for almost two years.
p.s. I am suprised and now a little scared to hear about the car jacki
I had some issues with noisey neighbors and pocket security and the office staff were responsive. The back side of the complex is next to I-5 and the freeway wall cuts little of the noise. My unit was small but nice and very clean when I moved in. My deposit was returned 2 weeks after I moved out. The complex has lots of trees and my
Ashford Park is south of downtown Sacramento, just far enough to not feel like part of downtown but still close enough to not be far away from anything. Everything you need is within one mile. It is in a residential area rather than bordering a commercial zone.
I have lived here since 1990. It is a great neighborhood to live in and the river is right by so you can go to the park or river in minutes. I like the office staff they have now cause they are nice and when I needed help they were willing to take time for me. If you do move in just be a good neighbor cause we like it the way it is a
Have lived here for a few months now. The office staff is great and very helpful when I've had problems. They sent maintenance out right away when I needed them. From talking with neighbors this place has gotten a LOT better than it used to be, but I'd still like a bit more out of the amenities. No one uses the tennis court or sand v
I was lucky to live near good people, never got to know them personally, but no one made any noise or was messy. Some other parts of the complex are questionable. Raqcuetball court reeks of urine ...
I totally agree with the previous review. I currently live in the apartments and when I moved in a 1 1/2 ago I was told that I couldn't see the unit because it need to be "cleaned". Many reports to repair the unit went ignored and forgotten. The property staff like to put the blame on other staff and there is a lot of miscommunica
