I lived here for a little under a year, in a two-bedroom apartment. I didn't have any major difficulties, and enjoyed the time here. I chose to live here, initially, because they allow (big) dogs and because they have washers and dryers in the unit. Don't usually bother to write reviews but Greystone was a cool place to live. The management was helpful, the neighboors were mostly good and they have a hella cool pool area. THe rents are average but the apartments are nice and large.
My only experience with Stonesfair was living at the Greystone Apartments property in Davis, CA. After dorming, I lived in Greystone for 3 years. Besides new management in our 3rd year, we rarely had problems there - they have a 5 day grace period for rent and we got a decent amount back from our deposit. Pool always clean, though
