I enjoy living at Newell Vista Apartments and have been living here for over 2 years now. They are walking distance to Whole Foods Market and Broadway Plaza! What more could you want? The laundry rooms could have few more machines, but other then that I have no complaints. The maintenance guy has come to my apartment a few times
