Not good apartment
I currently have a few months remaining on my lease and am very dissatisfied with the overall living experience at this property. A major concern is the lack of adequate security measures. There are no functional surveillance cameras installed in or around the apartment complex, which has contributed to ongoing issues such as package theft from the delivery areas.
Additionally, the parking enforcement practices are unreasonable. Vehicles belonging to residents have been towed despite being... parked in their assigned spaces, sometimes due to minor issues such as a missing or delayed parking sticker for a day or two. When addressed, management has described these actions as part of “random checks,” which feels excessive and unfair while we have witnessed them towing the cars almost every alternate day. While warnings are sometimes given during the day for vehicles parked in unassigned spots, cars are often towed at night without notice, leaving residents in difficult situations—especially those who rely on their vehicles for work the following day.
The building houses over 400 apartments, yet there is only one laundry facility with 17 washers available for all residents. This limited capacity often leads to inconvenience, and there have also been reports of clothing being stolen. While cameras have been installed in the laundry room, they appear to be non-functional, raising further concerns about resident safety and management accountability.
Overall, these issues significantly impact the quality of living. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully consider these factors before signing a lease, particularly those with multiple vehicles or concerns about security and shared facility access.
