Like another reviewer - this is NOT A REVIEW OF HOUSING. Review for staff only from a visit in May 2015. Thomas Smith is the ultimate in being people oriented. Empathetic and genuinely eager to help whether someone is a prospective client or not. I was only interested in checking out apartments with a specific minimum square footage

I liked the view and beautiful scenery of the lake. It's apartment has all types of modern amenities. People who live in r friendly.
I've heard nothing but good things about this property, not living on site just yet but I was recommended by the management at Fremont Glen. Since i will be moving again due to my job i needed something closer to it. I was told about this place and when i schedule and appointment with the office faculty i was blown away how beautiful
I have heard great things about this place, and as a tenant this place has everything you would need as a software engineer fast internet, pool, washer/dryer hookups, and generous parking per Foster City. We are still making our decision, but the leasing staff was very helpful. I will keep you posted in my revised review.
I recently, unfortunately, had to move out last month. From day 1, Thomas has been the best. My roommates and I were a bit skeptical at first, but kids loved him so we knew he couldn't be too bad. Every time we passed him in the parking lot he knew us by name (BY NAME! Who knows every one's name?!) One time he saw me crying, he s
I live in harbor cove for 1 year. The apartments are very spacious, quiet, close to everything but out of the way in a peaceful setting with lots of activities on land and in the water. I love my balconies with views of the water. Friendly people live here and take care of us who live here. The staff is super friendly and they really
We live in Harbor Cove for the last 8 months. We LOVE our place: contemporary inside and luxury outside. We adore the staff - Thomas is outstanding Property Manager and great, smily Personality. The Management Team try to be creative too: breakfast/tea party for the Tenants in the Club House, raffles for fun, special Bonus for Referr
In real estate, it's all about location, location, location, and Harbor Cove has the best location for the best price in Foster City. We are within easy walking distance of the grocery, pharmacy and best of all Foster City Parks and Rec.We love to sit out on the patio and watch the sailboats, kayaks and sailboards on the gorgeous lag
Ok, here we go... First off ignore the bad reviews! I can honestly say I've lived and rented on the peninsula my whole life and the staff in the office (Thomas and Linle) as well as maintenance crew (Manny and Joe) are by far the friendliest, most understanding, and down to earth people I've delt with through out my years of renting.
NOT A REVIEW OF HOUSING. This is a review for staff. Thomas is a gem. On our way home from the arts and wine festival we had to take a break. Thomas saw us (and a pregnant woman) and brought ud water, without being asked. So greatful!
I decided to write a review for this place because I feel like all of the bad reviews can leave a bad taste in your mouth and I am hoping to change that. I recently moved in to the apartments and my experience has been AMAZING. Thomas and Lynn in the office are super friendly and really made moving in here a smooth and comfortable tr
Live here for 2 years now.Pros:- Beautiful ground with lots of green, flowers and waterview- good school district- friendly neighbors- staffs always busy but very friendly, courteous and accommodate your needs- located next to the water, so it's very cool and comfortable in the SummerCons:- for an old building, it's bit over priced b
Stayed there for 3 years, is a good place to stay. A bit overpriced but that just the area,.
Pro:1. The 1-bedroom renovated apartment is very nice and big enough. There are enough spacious closets with mirror doors. The patio is like an additionl room.2. There are green lawns, trees and flowers all around. The neighbourhood is really beautiful, I can't compare it to the concrete jungle where some cheaper apartments are locat
Nice society surrounded by artifical water lake..!!
Having lived here over a year now (and renewed, even!), I think this is a fine place to live. I pay something of a premium for facing the lake, but that's one of the reasons I moved here. It's convenient to a number of amenities, such as grocery shopping, hair salon, massage, a few restaurants, and so on, so it's a good place to live
While I read a lot of the current reviews of Harbor Cove on this site and other online review sites, I think this place has been particularly negatively reviewed by residents. I really don't think it's that awful and believe that many reviews are leaving out some of the strong points of this property. While Harbor Cove is not paradise
I recently moved out of the apartments after living there for little over a year. The apartment had been rented out for about 18 months. While moving out I got the apartment cleaned from maid services (190 dollars) and also gave the bill to the leasing office. Today I received a bill of 632 dollars the bulk of which comes due to carp
