Maximum of 2 pets per home. The one-time pet fee is $300. The fee is per apartment. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Turn left on Old Baymeadows Rd, then left again on Southside Blvd service road. Approximately one quarter of a mile on your left, you'll find Auburn Glen Apartment Homes, right next door to the Florida Community College at Jacksonville. From I-295 North: Head south on I-295, then exit 21A to merge onto I-10 east toward Jacksonville. Take the exit onto I-95 south toward Jax Beaches/Daytona Beach. Take exit 341 for Baymeadows Rd/SR-152 and turn left. Make a left on Old Baymeadows Rd, then left on Southside Blvd, where you will find Auburn Glen Apartment Homes right next door to the Florida Community College at Jacksonville.
