We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 Pet Fee per pet, no pet rent, and 80lb weight limit. We are a pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Straffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
