I never though this place would be like this, everything the person pointed out in their review is 100% true. From roaches in the apartment to water entering the apartments whenever it rain, still no fix. They charge pest control and put in order for pest control to come and spray, sill not one person enter the apartment to come and spray. Good thing I have a camera I can see who enter and leaves the apartment. Doesn't make sense you go to management because nothing still won't get done. The... apartment have plenty of space, but the maintenance is very much lacking. I hope they improve on their maintenance otherwise they are going to loose some good tenants.

Terribly Maintained Community- Steady Decilne
I’ve lived here for over 3 years. When I first moved here, I was happy and excited. However, that slowly changed due to the constant decline in hospitality from management and the lack of maintenance throughout the entire community.
I’ve worked in residential complexes like this before, and what’s happening here is truly saddening. The landscaping is far from maintained. About 60% of the community is covered in grass and weeds measuring nearly 2 feet tall, while the other 40% is bare dirt, sand... , or rock.
Residents are charged for “valet trash,” yet the garbage compactor is almost always full to the point that trash piles up outside the door. The pile is often around 6 feet wide and 7 feet tall. This is an almost daily occurrence.
The water usage is metered by building instead of by individual unit. So, if there are 8 units in a building, every resident pays the same amount regardless of occupancy or usage. I genuinely do not understand how that could be considered fair or even legal.
The sidewalks and walkways throughout the property are severely damaged due to lack of maintenance and tree root damage beneath the concrete.
The gym — which is advertised as an amenity — is practically non-existent. There is only one functioning machine, while the others have been broken for an extended period of time, some with shattered screens still left sitting inside the facility.
When the mailboxes had to be replaced because USPS refused to deliver mail due to them not meeting legal standards (some mailbox doors were literally falling off their hinges), it took management roughly 3–4 months to resolve the issue. During that time, residents were told they had to pick up their mail at the post office, with no compensation or accommodation for the inconvenience.
It’s also a common practice here for maintenance to use parts taken from vacant apartments to repair occupied units and appliances. On top of that, work orders are marked as “completed” even when used parts are installed instead of proper replacements.
There have also been multiple occasions where contractors or vendors entered the community to perform work without providing the legally required 24-hour notice.
This community needs a thorough inspection, as well as major changes in the people responsible for maintaining and managing it — especially if ownership wants to avoid unnecessary litigation in the future.

terrible place to live
Garbage stacks up to the point where there is 100+ garbage laying beside the garbage waste bin and cars have been repeatedly stolen in this neighborhood. When i first moved in , there was ants crawling all over the apartment and we had to get our own exterminator when we lived there. The customer service was the worse, they don’t know how to answer the phone after you actually sign the lease. Also, just know there is millions of pieces of trash in the grass scattered all over and is terrible if... you have kids that play or dogs as well. This place is overpriced and they need to do a better job

Horrible stay away
Stay away terrible place to live very high crime. When I first moved in I asked about crime rate and I was lied to. My car has been broken into and my apartment has been broken into twice. The manager is the worst. She talks to you crazy and doesn't care at all and doesn't try to hide it.
