Inverrary 441 Apartments

I do not recommend this place at all.

I found this apartment through Marketplace and requested a viewing before applying, as I consider it standard practice to see the property first and then decide whether or not to submit an application.

The person who assisted me—Mari—was initially polite and respectful. I attended the viewing with my two children because I had no one to leave them with, and the visit was expected to be brief. However, during the tour, her attitude changed completely. She... appeared annoyed by my children's presence and even told one of them to be quiet.

After that, she spoke to me abruptly, telling me that if I didn't intend to apply, I was wasting her time and showing a lack of respect for the fact that she was working. I found her behavior to be rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I expressed how I felt to her, but the situation did not improve, and she continued to treat me inappropriately.

Ultimately, I decided not to take the apartment. I cannot speak for the entire staff, but my experience with this particular individual was very negative. Furthermore, during the viewing, she claimed to be the property manager, though I later learned that this was not the case.

I lived at Inverrary 441 Apartments and dealt with serious mold issues that were only painted and bleached over, not properly fixed. Over time, my son got acute bronchitis and we both became sick, forcing me to end my lease early. I’ve tried reaching out about my deposit and fees but only got a response from Legal saying I still owe termination fees. This whole situation has been stressful — please read reviews before moving here.

If you would like to live somewhere with an insconsiderate staff, mainly the property manager, move here! Construction is currently underway in the parking lot, removing half of the available parking spaces. If you work late nights and get home late, expect to spend AT LEAST 30 minutes looking for a parking space. As a woman I find that to be unsafe. God forbid you take it upon yourself to park in certain areas not deemed to be parking spaces, you will have your car towed at your expense. Ask... for a solution and you will be given none except to "park on the grass" which is impossible when one car decides to block the entrance to the grass area. Other than that you can look forward to maintenance jamming the lock on your door in an attempt to get inside for monthly pest control. Then when you speak to the manager, expect to receive no apology for the inconvenience of being locked in your apartment. The showroom is an inaccurate representation of the actual unit you will lease. Appliances will be subpar. If you like to work hard to pay your rent, only to deal with a property manager that could care less about her tenants, this is the place for you. i just moved here and after one night i saw roaches crawling out of the refrigerator and kitchen sink.... they're really pricey for nothing honestly the apartment seemed okay but
after further inspection i noticed cracks in tiles cracks on the door. the hallways outside the apartment unit have a very bad odor it seems like they just painted over everything even the kitchen stove! And started to charge people more. they have a $195 admin fee which is really pricey also water is not included. its... not the best complex but CERTAINLY not the
worst in the area if you are considering moving here do not be fooled by their showroom like i did maybe ask to see an actual unit so they wont fool you into holding the apartment for $200 and CHECK FOR ROACHES!! Read More

I love this place i have been here for 3 years and its been wonderful.The rooms are big enough and well tiled.Lots of natural light in every room.The maintainance is awesome and are always at your door whenever you need them.They keep the place clean and up to date.They just built an Art Centre for the residents its great.
