Pet Policy

We recognize pets are part of the family. One pet per apartment home. Maximum weight limit is 50 lbs. We have a $400 Non-refundable fee for cats and dogs up to 25 lbs. $600 Non-refundable fee for dogs 26 lbs - 50 lbs. Monthly pet rent of $40 monthly per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

From I-95 exit I-195: If traveling North head east towards the Beach. Exit at Biscayne Blvd. Turn right at the light heading Southbound. Travel less than 3 miles and turn left on N.E. 17th Court. Head East on NE 17th CT and turn immediately left onto N. Bayshore Drive where Mary Margaret Park is located. Bay Parc is directly on the left hand side. We’ll be waiting to welcome you to your new home. From I-95: Traveling Southbound head Northbound to I-395 east towards the Beach. Take the Biscayne Blvd exit and turn left at the traffic light.
