Pet Policy
Maximum of 1 pet per home. Dog weight limit is 50 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $40 per month. There is a $400 non-refundable fee for dogs up to 30 lbs and a $600 non-refundable fee for dogs 31-65 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
