I love this place—I’ve been here for years and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. The pool is well taken care of, the management is helpful and responsive; and the community is nice. Highly recommend this building to anyone interested living in the Hollywood area!

Great Deal
Very clean building! There’s a really nice pool and jacuzzi on the roof that actually works and the property manager is very prompt when it comes to responding to any questions or concerns that may arise.

Beautiful apartments, great management
My husband and I love our loft apartment. It’s plenty of space for us for a reasonable price. We get good natural lighting and the interior is clean. What’s even better is we have a good relationship with the management. Nathan is so kind and friendly, and we receive prompt attentive care whenever we need maintenance.

I love my apartment!
My apartment is well updated, the floors are beautiful. The pool laundry rooms are well taken care of, and management responds quickly when needed. Never moving :)
