Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 30 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $75 per month. The pet deposit is $500. All cats must be kept indoors. Dogs must be curbed and leashed on community grounds. Vet records and a photo are required. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
