Quiet, well maintained community. The new management company made moving in a breeze and have been super responsive when needed. All improvements made to the property recently have been thoughtful!

Lipstick on a Pig: Shiny Exterior, Crumbling Core
The renovated exterior of the buildings masks serious internal issues. Persistent water backups, outages, insect infestations, and scattered trash and construction debris plague the property. Leaky windows damage personal belongings, and the outdated Resident Unit Key system lacks modern security features like KeyTrak or KeyVault, using only tags and an insecure lockbox. The new owner, who purchased the complex for approximately $36 million, has focused on superficial upgrades while raising rent... , neglecting critical repairs like replacing failing toilets in occupied units. The rental office and maintenance staff dismiss resident concerns, prioritizing compliance over solutions. Package theft is rampant due to the office’s refusal to hold deliveries, and promised security cameras are limited to laundry rooms, not building exteriors. Residents face ongoing issues like littering, cigarette butts, and beer bottles in common areas and parking lots, with loitering and a noticeable drug presence, especially at night. Departing residents consistently express relief at leaving, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction.

It’s alright
I lived here for an year, there is pros and cons live here Pros: cheap, management is good ( not great) but was able to address when things get serious, practically walkable around to some places in robinwood ( will advise drive or bike for safety) Cons: thin wall, practically can hear another family argument in another side of apartment and hear everything what they arguing over. Roachs is issues only if you don’t clean house regularly. Maintenance staff are seemingly easily get overwhelmed... with simple requests. Don’t leave bike out middle of no where. Some of appliances are outdated ( again, this is cheap area, cheap monthly rent, not much of profit made)

Pls don’t rent here!!
I lived in the 80 building. The building is old, the pipes are old and very loud. Whenever the person upstairs turns on the water, I hear a screeching sound from the pipes that wakes me up even when I’m sleeping. I had roaches and mice. I couldn’t get rid of them, it took the management forever to come to my apartment and look at it. They came, checked and left without doing nothing. It’s cheap but I promise you’ll hate it here. It’s not even sanitary living with roaches and mice. The walls are... too thin, you can hear everything next door.
