Horrible Communication, Lack of Follow-Up
I toured on 8/14, approved for a place on 8/15. The leasing office’s lack of communication and follow-up is horrible! I’ve sent two detailed emails (one was sent two minutes after they sent me a reminder email to sign my lease), and I've called four to five times to request that Terrell provide a time for the FaceTime meeting he suggested, so I could view it until I was approved. Again, this was HIS IDEA. All my calls get routed to an off-site call center that sends emails to the leasing office.... The ONLY time I received a call back was after I escalated my frustration to a manager.
During my initial tour, I overheard a conversation about another person’s application being canceled. I bet lack of communication was part of the issue. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine how residents are treated. Hard pass on this place. Not worth the headache.
