Only been here a bit but it's a genuinely amazing place. On move in the space was clean and spacious, there's a patio which is nice, and it's a genuinely beautiful area

The building is spacious and has some great amenities from heated and enclosed parking, to a nice fitness center. However, some of the staff both in the front office and in the maintenance team are very dismissive and make you feel bad for asking for the kind of help they advertise themselves as being a resource for.
There is also a ridiculous amount of noise some days as people on higher floors stomp around and let their kids run around stomping their feet quickly.
My unit also has issues... with both showers and between those showers and the sinks and the sticky kitchen counter, the unit is very questionable in quality.

So far pretty good few issues with the parking and getting a remote that works as currently it only opens one door but it's the one I'd likely use all the time anyway so not to much of an inconvenience
