Great place to rent from! Clean buildings and outside is taken cared of. Wish they would allow small/medium dogs though

I had a great experience renting from Eastmore. I lived in the 4246 South 60th property for about a year. The onsite manager was excellent, and the office staff was always helpful. The apartment was kind of old, but overall, no complaints. They were prompt with deposit return as well.
Well managed. Always clean and presentable.
Wonderful apartments, great rates, and helpful management. If you are comfortable with the pet policy and no dishwasher then you will enjoy the great Shorewood location and utility package. Very satisfied with the apartment. My apartment building is located on Oakland Ave near Kensington Ave.
I had a great experience living in the Eastmore Apartments on Locust. The apartment very comfortably fit my boyfriend and I and it is even big enough to entertain a few guests. The location is awesome; only 2 blocks from campus! Its a nice walk on sunny days and is bearable on those cold nasty days. I also loved all of the wall space
I have rented two different apartments from Eastmore over a few years and have had a great experience. The apartments have great character and the staff has been helpful and responsive.
I have been a resident of Shoreland Manor for close to 6 years. The building is safe, clean, well-maintained, mostly quiet and the staff are courteous and responsive. No plans to move. That says it all.
I have been renting from Eastmore Real Estate Milwaukee for 8 months now and I have to say I have had the greatest experience from them, despite other people's dislikes! We had some last minute unexpected issues with us not being able to move into our unit right away but they worked with us and moved us into a temporary location whil
I have been very happy with my apartment and Eastmore. I had a few issues when I first moved in, but they were taken care of promptly and Eastmore was very easy to deal with. I have had a very good living experience in the Eastmore property. This began from the first time I looked at the apartments to applying and moving in. My f
I moved to MKE from the East Coast, last summer, and needed to rent an apartment sight-unseen. Eastmore was great to me. They volunteered to take additional pictures of the apartment, just to make sure that I would be happy with it. They held the apartment as soon as I said that I was interested (rather than demanding a deposit). I l
I've been renting with Eastmore for a long time, and have had a consistently positive experience, from the professional, friendly office staff, to the onsite manager, who is personable, concerned, and quick-on-the-spot-receptive to any maintenance concerns! I especially love that the building is so well maintained in keeping with it
I've been renting with Eastmore for almost a year. I've never had any problems and have found everyone I've interacted with, from the office staff to the building managers, to be completely professional, personable, and flexible. My move-in experience was great - I needed to move in a few days early, and both the Eastmore staff and t
I've lived in an Eastmore building downtown for 5 years. The apartments are nice, reasonably priced for the area, and the managers are responsive. The few times I've had to call the office for questions or maintenance requests, the people on the phone were friendly and my issues were resolved right away. Highly recommend Eastmore i
If you aren't from Milwaukee and you are looking for an apartment in the city, I strongly recommend that you start, (and end) your search with Eastmore Real Estate. As a young urban professional, I was looking for an apartment in Milwaukee that was close to the nightlife, but offered an easy commute to work with a few minutes access
My girlfriend and I moved to Shorewood almost a year ago and were lucky enough to find an Eastmore apartment. We love the location and the charming aspects of the apartment. Our property manager is awesome and always making sure the building is clean. She and the other management are very helpful. We have only had one issue and the p
My partner and I have lived in the 2632 building on Oakland for the past three years and we love it! Our experience with Eastmore Real Estate has been perfect. The management staff, maintenance crew, and onsite landlords are incredibly friendly and truly care about their renters. Eastmore conveniently includes cable and internet, hea
This is the second time I have rented from Eastmore and can honestly say they are the best in Milwaukee. The other three companies I rented from don't come close. Eastmore offers affordable rental options, customized painting and amazing features included in your rent. When I was looking for a new place this January I immediately lo
To quote the Lego Movie. "Everything is awesome. Everything is cool when you're part of Eastmore. Everything is awesome, when you live at Eastmore." But seriously, I have been with Eastmore for 2 years now. The office and maintenance staff is very professional and prompt. They are very willing to work with you and make sure your ne
We have been with Eastmore for 9 months, and it has been a good experience. We had a financial issue that needed resolving before our lease was even signed, and Stefanie went out of her way to give us ideas on how to work around the problem, rather than just denying us. Additionally, we needed to get into the apartment a couple days
Honest, efficient and fabulous are three adjectives I would have to use to describe Eastmore Real Estate. Three years ago when I began renting from Eastmore I was new to the renting sphere. They made me feel at ease and walked me through the renting process. Since I moved in I can't say enough great things about them. If my blinds fa
I have been with Eastmore for 6 years now and they are bar none the BEST real estate company in Milwaukee! The entire staff is so professional and friendly. One of the things I love the most is the promptness and professionalism of the 24 hr. maintenance staff...very convenient. I currently live at 1029 E. Knapp St. and LOVE it. The
Great value for Eastside. Internet, cable, heat and water were included making for a very easy transition into the new place. Although it was an older building it was well maintained. Building manager was very attentive and friendly. Rarely heard my neighbors = decent construction. Overall I had a good experience.
Eastmore was good to start out, I liked my property and it was clean. VERY unfriendly landlord, would pass by in the hallway without even saying hi or making eye contact. Upon moving out they charged $100 early move out fee for not giving the proper 60 day notice. We gave them 58 days. The $100 was used for "advertising costs" and "s
I lived in an eastmore property in Shorewood for two years and a half years. There were some minor issues with the building, but overall they did a good job. When I had concerns, they were responsive and addressed them quickly.Midway through my 3rd year, I decided to move out and buy a home. They were very cool about it, and even he
I lived in a well maintained apartment with the best on-site property managers you could ask for. They were responsive and kept our building in wonderful condition. With that being said, the maintenance people were also kind and also quite responsive. (when they managed to receive our work order) The negative things I can say abo
