Golf Brook Apartments

Golf Brook is a great place to live, and a major reason is the excellent maintenance staff. Alex has been to respond for repairs, and he does a fantastic job. These apartments are spacious and beautiful, with a wood- burning fireplace, a screened porch, and even a one car garage with an attic for storage. After living here for seven years originally, I moved away, but I’m back again and have been here an additional year. This is a beautiful well-maintained complex in a super location. I have been living at Golf Brook Apartments for 13 years and it has been a very positive experience for me. The office team has always been helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. The maintenance team is reliable and responsive, and the maintenance supervisor does an excellent job making sure everything is handled properly.

My apartment is comfortable and spacious, and any service request I have had over the years has been taken care of in a timely manner. The community is well... maintained and clean, and I appreciate that pest control is provided, although it is rarely needed because the apartments are kept in great condition.

I enjoy the area and like taking walks around the community. I feel safe here, which is very important to me. I also enjoy my neighbors, which adds to the overall sense of community.

I lived in Golf Brook Apartments for 3 years. The office staff and maintenance team are just amazing . They are quick and thorough. They treat residents like family. The property itself it’s beautiful it reminds you are close to nature at all times. Sitting in a prime spot close by to wekiwa springs . This place truly makes you feel like home. Highly recommended.

The apartments are very well maintained, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. We lived there for over 3 years before buying our home. If I had to go back to an apartment it would be back at Golfbrook. Nice amenities and even better neighbors.

Golf Brook Apartments is an amazing place to live! My apartment was spacious, private, and so perfect for my husband, dog, and I! If we hadn't purchased a house we would still be living there. The maintenance and office staff are always quick and friendly, and the community is very well maintained. I recommend Golf Brook to all my friends, family, and another else I meet who is looking for an apartment!
