Pet Restrictions: Cat Policy: 40.00Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, 200.00 cat deposit, 200.00 non-refundable cat fee, Up to two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs allowed on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Domestic cats only. Dog Policy: 80.00Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, 300.00 dog deposit, 300.00 non-refundable dog fee, Combined weight of under 80 pounds and must be litter trained or when walking must pick up after your animals. Breed Restrictions apply for Doberman, Chow-Chow, Siberian Husky, Sainte Bernard, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Rottweiler, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), All mixes of the above breed. Management must approve any pet prior to move-in. Please contact community for details. Pet fee: 0-40 pounds $200.00 pet fee and deposit. 41-80 pounds $300.00 pet fee and deposit. Pets over 40 lbs allowed on the ground floor apts only All pets must be approved by management.
