Dog Policy: 75.00Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, No dog deposit, 450.00 non-refundable dog fee, Pets 1-39 lbs $250.00. 40 - 75 lbs $450.00. Prohibited breeds include, but are not limited to: any variation of Dobermans, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Mastiffs, Chows, and any mix of the above. No exotic pets. fees are per pet. Weight is max of 75lbs. Any pet under 40 Lbs. is 250.00 pet fee per pet. All pets must be approved by management.
