Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 pet fee per pet, no pet rent, and a 80 lb. weight limit. We are a pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Straffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From Interstate 4 East: Exit at 101A 46A Sanford/Heathrow. Make a right on H.E. Thomas Parkway and continue on to Airport Blvd you will see a 7-11 on your left and a Shell Gas Station on your right. Make a right at light on Airport Blvd and travel about .25 miles. Stonebrook will be just up on your left. You will have to make a u-turn at the light Live Oak in order to drive into our entrance. Look for the beautiful fountains you can’t miss us. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
