When my daughter and I were looking for an apartment, we had just lost my son. My niece suggested to call Beaver Brook. The next morning I did and I received a call back from Jude. Immediately I could tell it was a place I wanted to explore. The apartment was being renovated when I looked at it but it was easy to see what it would be like. I made the decision that night. The next day Jude got things rolling and we moved in on March 28. We have been very happy here and feel it is a new start.... The apartment and complex is lovely. Sitting on my porch on a weekend morning with a cup of coffee the best. Looking forward to the pool opening and enjoying my weekends there. Check it out you won’t be disappointed. Irene & Deanna

Beaverbrook Gardens
I have lived here for a few years and it’s very enjoyable. My neighbors are always willing to help out when needed. The office staff lead by Jude is accommodating and the door is always open when I have stopped down to ask a question. Julio and the maintenance department is on top of things and immediately respond to even the smallest issue at our apartment.

Love it here!
I lived here 20 years ago when I first got married and returned because it's an amazing complex. The apartments and grounds are very well maintained, the rooms are very spacious, and as a community they do so much for the residents. There are pool parties and door decorating contests, food trucks, Halloween parades for kids and pets. The office staff is amazing and super super helpful. Maintenance is quick, this is an all around great place to live!

Renter beware
Complex is in a flood zone for the past 2 years the river back up and enter the parking lot and if u have a vehicle in the garage or valuable u can consider it a loss and there no reimbursement..And what they charging for rent its not worth it. The management needs to take into consideration and stop increasing the rent until they fix the matter of flooding.

AMAZING
THIS DEVELOPMENT IS THE NICEST DEVELOPMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN! BESIDES THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW BEING VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TOP OF THINGS, THEY DO AMAZING EVENTS FOR THE CHILDREN THAT LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY. WE JUST MOVED IN, IN SEPTEMBER. THE FIRST EVENT WE TOOK PART IN WAS THE HALLOWEEN PARADE AND PARTY. THEY ORDERED PIZZA FOR ALL THE KIDS/PARENTS, PROVIDED DRINKS AND CANDY IN TRICK OR TREAT BAGS. MY CHILD WON A PRIZE FOR BEST COSTUME AND THEY GAVE A $25.00 GIFT CARD TO TOYS... R US, NOT SOMETHING I WAS EXPECTING AT ALL. THIS MAY LOOK LIKE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, BUT IT'S NOT ITS A DEVELOPMENT MADE UP OF WONDERFUL STAFF AND AMAZING NEIGHBORS. IT'S A COMMUNITY WITHIN LINCOLN PARK FOR SURE.
I LOVE BEAVER BROOK GARDEN, I AM THRILLED WITH OUR DECISION TO MOVE THERE..... SPOTLESS GROUNDS AND LAUNDRY ROOMS TOO!
